Due to our extensive waitlists, we have had to close registration early. If you are in a partnered event and still need to register, please contact our registrar, Ralina Ankrum, right away for further instructions: [email protected]. Please note that currently registered partners with completed payments will be prioritized over anyone not yet registered or having unpaid accounts.
Though Friday, March 29, 11:59PM (MST) is our official registration close and when all payments are due in order to avoid late fees, we do ask our families to courteously finalize events and complete payments as soon as possible. This clarifies commitment and is of great assistance to us as we are dealing with waitlisted students. Any students that do not make it off of the waitlist will be given full refunds for those events. It is our aim to move as many students off of the waitlist as we can, and we thank you for your patience as we work through this over the next week.
Tournament Fees:
Family Registration Fee: $15
Team Policy Debate (per person): $40
Lincoln Douglas Debate: $40
Parliamentary Debate: $40
Speech: $40 for up to the first three events; $15 for each additional event (limit of 5 events)
BEFORE FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 11:59PM (MST): Event adds or drops can be made without penalty, and a full refund for whatever is dropped or cancelled will be granted.
AFTER FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 11:59PM (MST): Refunds will no longer be possible for any drops, cancellations, or changes. Additionally, event adds or drops will also incur a fee of $20 _each.
LATE FEE: A late fee of $30 will be charged to your account for any payments not made by the registration deadline of Friday, March 29, 11:59PM (MST)
All payments must be made in full by the payment registration deadline on the 29th in order to complete registration. Fees, due to changes made after payment registration is closed on the 29th, are payable upon receipt of bill.

Patterns will be established in the days after March 29th and will appear on the Schedule tab.
